Its the way in which we won.Personally , I`m absolutely chuffed we won and as far as I`m concerned I don`t really care by the way that we win games = 3 points is on the board !.... I just much prefer to focus on the positives - 3 points - quality goals by KLP - Hard work by the players - 10 points from relegation zone and only 4 points from 5th ! ---I just don`t understand why you and some other posters can`t just focus on the actual result and be happy
Pleased to get a win but I really question the lack of any subs. No issue with keeping Henderson on the bench, but if Thiago is also carrying a knock then why not take him off once the match is in hand?
I get it glass half full, but we know the talent we have and should expect to be better than we have been away!It was. Try and think positive. Your life will change.
Question: Do bedwetters keep clean sheets? Just a thought!Nurse, give the man a nappy. He's obsessed with wetting the bed!
If they had scored the pen, I think he would haveOnly 1 sub made today..

Bryan and Wissa have left mate. There are just issues in our style of play which absolutely need addressing.
I’m not falling for that propaganda!Apart from why washing your hands after a piss is essential.
Bedwetters seem to be encouraged if anything, f***ing mugs. Amazing how some people always look for the negatives innit? Happy ChristmasFT
0-2
A fantastic second half performance
Delighted for KLP
Clean sheet
Kelleher is the penalty king
Miles clear of the bottom 3
European push still on
Bedwetters quiet over Christmas

Vita was great, especially considering people have been saying he's not up to the mark. Solid performance again.Get in there Bees. Thought Janelt had a great game especially in the second half. Well done to KLP on his two goals
I think he's played quite well this season.Vita was great, especially considering people have been saying he's not up to the mark. Solid performance again.
When was this? 1974?We were in a bad place
No, Wolverhampton. A very bad place. When was this? 1974?
Defo, February and March 1974 before Jimmy Gabriel came. When was this? 1974?
Bournemouth were flying high in 2nd after match 9.Is Thiago carrying a knock? he looked fine to me.
Mate, this is really good day, anyone who thought there was an iota of chance of us being dragged in relegation should be sitting with a big smile today, we have just killed that notion, but the search for negativity is amazing.
But you said you thought he got the ball.
I actually quite like the city centre!!No, Wolverhampton. A very bad place.
I comment on every single match, win draw loss… Today was a good start indeed. wishing you and the family a merry christmas mate!Jee you’re almost being positive for a change. Three defeats on the bounce, confidence gets shaken and have to rebuild it. Today was a good start. Happy Christmas
‘before the late pen’ while also talk about our xg in the league while including all of our pens…. stay consistent.

Guess it just shows we have enough quality to not go down! Lets look upwards.Don’t actually think we played particularily well … but we didn’t have to so![]()
It's in the chart above. You really are the most negative person your wife has ever met.‘before the late pen’ while also talk about our xg in the league while including all of our pens…. stay consistent.
Oh no. We're going to lose in that kit!
So your happy with the way in which we have played since Brighton away? We’ve got exactly the same number of points after 17 games as we did when TF was in charge last season.
We’ve even conceded 7 fewer goals.
Since then we’ve lost our head coach, most of the back room staff, our keeper, our captain and our 2 top scorers.
I readily conclude that in the circumstances our first 17 games of this season were better than the first 17 games of last season.
Still, bedwetters are gonna wet the bed aren’t they.
January, I think I heardWhen did KLP last score? Very pleased for him; should be a big confidence boost. The second half was considerably better than the first and Schade really should have scored with the header. Thank goodness Strand Larsen produced such a poor penalty, otherwise the last 5 minutes would have been nasty. Mane, the sub, was very good for Wolves (glad he didn't start the game); thankfully all the rest were pretty hopeless.
Style of play isnt great i give you that. Its the way in which we won.
I know how it sounds (honestly, I really do), but I just can't sit back with thinking 'this is totally fine'. its not.
Technically yes, we did enough to win and I'm happy we did (obviously). However not having single shot until that KLP effort near the end of the first half - against this dross Wolves team isn't exactly something to cheer about (is it).
I'm more concerned about our recent trend in the games since Brighton away. We've supplied very little threat to opposition goals since then and of course, since then, we've beaten Burnley 3-1 and won away today.
But I'm sorry to say this - these wins were expected, however even so:
- Burnley: we only showed up in the last 10 mins, at home, to a relegation bound team.
- Wolves: We barely showed up at all until the second half, whereby both of our goals came as a consequences of Wolves complete and utter incompetence to deafened (I wouldn't completely say it was due to how well we attacked).
Last season, yes we were roughly in the same position as we are now - but when we won games last year, we won with conviction and showed a confident attacking display - playing quick, direct and very often, effective football.
I haven't seen that this season. Not say say that were in trouble of being relegated or suggesting anything such as this. I think you would have to be unhinged to feel that way.
There are just issues in our style of play which absolutely need addressing.
Merry Christmas anyway...
This!Style of play isnt great i give you that.
But any win this this league should be cherished. We have no right to think there are easy 3 points in any season against any team.
No. Some of it hasn’t been good enough and we’ve been lacking in areas where we like to excel such as xG.So your happy with the way in which we have played since Brighton away?
The difference is one of perception. Of course it feels much better and more exciting to win 5-3 after being pegged back twice in the first 25 minutes as we did v Wolves at home last season. Knowing you have the attacking power to keep scoring makes games brilliant fun. Similarly, we can quickly forget letting Ipswich race into a 2-0 lead and be unlucky not to add a third when we win 4-3.Its the way in which we won.

Anyone else read this in the voice of Marvin the depressed robot from Hitchikers ... ?Its the way in which we won.

Question the subs then the lack of subs ! Poor old KeithPleased to get a win but I really question the lack of any subs. No issue with keeping Henderson on the bench, but if Thiago is also carrying a knock then why not take him off once the match is in hand?
I checked my selfie from May's game and you're right - seems the same. There's always been large gaps up there. One season it was about 200 yards!
Anyway, clubs are not permitted to change the dimensions of the pitch during the season.
You were quiet todayNurse, give the man a nappy. He's obsessed with wetting the bed!
Just follow someone else if you can’t see the wider picture. We are still a work in progress. No new manager and pretty much new backroom team moulds their style in just 17 games. Its the way in which we won.

You can’t compare us to the team that played last season. We saw the culmination of years of planning and developing. Wissa and Mbeumo weren’t always the players they are now, Wissa especially used to be very wasteful when holding the ball up. We took two very good strikers to their peaks, we’re never going to sign replacements at the same level already. Its the way in which we won.
