We're bottom of our league, Luton are second in theirs. I suspect if we were second we'd be pulling in many more, just as Luton would be drawing many less if they were bottom.

Its no supprise LUTONS attendance is bigger than ours, when we won the league the other year and they went down, they still finnished with a bigger avg than us, LUTON has a massive catchment area.

Sad to see that the merger hasn't helped increase the crowds.

Four home games so far and crowds of 328, 286, 320, and 359, admittedly they were against that aren't really crowd pullers.

went tonight,Ayes beat Cambridge 2-0 ,should of been atleast 5 !! and with a penalty miss.Cambridge were dire,some of the 100 or so travelling wanting Ling out.Ayes overtaking in them in the league and putting em in the relegation zone too.

highlights of the night the night were Cambridge singing "can you hear the yeading sing......" with Ayes joining in "can you hear yeading,i cant hear a ****ing thing..We are Ayes,We are Ayes,We are Ayes........."

after the "non league day" set up by the leagues some weeks back which normally work for clubs with their increase in attendance.the deal was a league season ticket getting you in for half price for the day,i was told by a Church Road regular that Ayes thought it a good idea that after it having no affect on their gate that day at all that theyd bring the deal in for the whole season.i tried it tonight and its true,i got in for £7 !!!!!!! so when the Bees arent playing or you cant make it get down to Church Road with your season ticket and get in for £7
