Newcastle v Everton could be played on Thursday night without disrupting any scheduled PL games though because the league fixture is already on the following Monday.

Not sure if they would use Thursday and disrupt any other games so they can spread the games out more?

I don't think Thursday carabao cup games are very common are they. This week's was to avoid Man U and Man C playing on the same night, wasn't it.

Half term sorted, trip to beautiful Hull Sunday, Scarborough for 2 days, ending Sunderland and long drive home, kids don’t know yet!
Scarborough have Hebburn away on the Tuesday, if you wanted to get up to Sunderland a night early 😂

I'm afraid the world has got there first. UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) is the successor to GMT.

I’m actually on Central Standard Time, so 3:29. I’m out of Birmingham, but the Alabama variety. (You can read my story about how someone ended up a Bees supporter in Alabama in my city’s tab on the Bees Overseas forum)

Never have any luck in cup draws.
9/10 away is like incredibly unlikely right? That’s between EFL and FA cup. Someone can correct me if this is not equivalent, but if you were to flip a coin 10 times, the odds of getting heads 9 of the ten times is 0.98%, or 10 out of 1,024.

yes as I mentioned in post 312

Noted Liverpool and Everton both being at home was another potential reason to need to do this. I originally wrote the tie the wrong way around.

I think all of tonight’s games should be decent games and make good viewing - on catchup, of course.

No issue with UEFA Conference clash now

Liverpool v Bournemouth
Palace v Sunderland
Cant be Tuesday

Fleetwood could be but only if Newcastle win on Thursday

Of course it would’ve been an away game (this would’ve been a sold out away section for sure) and…. WTF City I mean it’s been how many years since they get all the so called easy draws in every single cup
